Emma was wonderful! I'm visiting from out of town and hoped to see a few barstools I had been looking at online in person. While the stools weren't available in the showroom, the chair versions were and Emma had samples of the color options for me to look at and helped me find out how to get color samples back home to Nebraska! Stellar service and eye for color!
Luis did a fantastic for us! Beautiful store with high quality modern furnishings.
TL;DR, ask for Luis and you will be taken care of. Luis let me fart around in-store trying out office chairs without any pressure to purchase. I was originally going to just order online, but my experience with Luis made me want to order with him. Unfortunately on arrival of my chair, a caster was broken. I contacted Luis and he had a new caster out no questions asked. Unfortunately again, the wrong caster was sent but once again, a quick message to Luis and a new caster was on its way.
While DWR has been a reliable staple in the past, their service has seriously declined. Several items on their website cited as "in stock, available to ship," were NOT in stock, with ship dates as far as six weeks from today. When I tried to connect with customer service, I was on hold for several minutes, and when finally connected to a customer service representative, the call was dropped...TWICE.
