TL;DR, ask for Luis and you will be taken care of. Luis let me fart around in-store trying out office chairs without any pressure to purchase. I was originally going to just order online, but my experience with Luis made me want to order with him. Unfortunately on arrival of my chair, a caster was broken. I contacted Luis and he had a new caster out no questions asked. Unfortunately again, the wrong caster was sent but once again, a quick message to Luis and a new caster was on its way.
While DWR has been a reliable staple in the past, their service has seriously declined. Several items on their website cited as "in stock, available to ship," were NOT in stock, with ship dates as far as six weeks from today. When I tried to connect with customer service, I was on hold for several minutes, and when finally connected to a customer service representative, the call was dropped...TWICE. Did my homework and bought a Mirra 2 office chair from DWR in milwaukee about a year ago. The chair has been amazing. If you have a bad back, I highly recommend this chair. If I had known my old office chair was the main source of my back pain, I would have moved on this years ago. As for DWR. The staff was also amazing. They went through all the chair's features so I could design and order the exact chair I wanted. 5 Stars !!!!!
Amazing store and products. Iftekhar was especially helpful. He took the time to explain all the features of the computer chair that I was interested in. Absolutely 5 star customer service. I look forward to ordering more from this location. Highly recommend stopping on in.
