Very large show room, so really great one to try all the furniture.
The service was really good here. Very polite employees who were very knowledgeable in the products they sell. This place is a Herman Miller dealer, so I went in looking for a Herman Miller Embody gaming chair, they had the chair, let me sit in it, told me all of it's functions and I left a happy customer with a new computer chair.
Called the DWR service line earlier today to edit an order. I don’t usually write reviews, but the person I called was shockingly rude and condescending about some simple but important questions I was asking. Absolutely terrible service. It’s a shame because they do have a nice collection. A good collection ruined by their terrible, incompetent customer service. Won’t be coming back.
