Faith was fantastic to work with! She walked me through all of the chair options available and helped me find the one that best fit my needs. I ended up choosing the Herman Miller Embody Gaming Chair. It arrived just a few days later and has been amazing so far. Faith was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer every question I had. She also made the whole experience enjoyable with her friendly personality and sense of humor. Highly recommend!
I was blown away by the warmth and professionalism of the Design Specialists. Faith went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect Herman Miller office chair for my needs. We worked with Ariel and Mallory in furnishing a whole house. They were very responsive to concerns and questions, they always made sure that things were taken care of correctly. They had wonderful design ideas that made the process of design and furnishing low stress and accessible.
This is the second time I’ve been in the store, and both times not a single greeting when walking in — despite being the only customers there. We even had to say goodbye first, just to get some acknowledgment. For a store at this price point, the experience feels cold and unwelcoming, which is disappointing when the vibe should feel elevated, not ignored.
