Mallory was an excellent example of a great employee. She was able to answer all of my questions with her knowledge and expertise, while also remaining patient and kind. I definitely recommend you see her, along with her other associate (ariel i think) who were fantastic today.
Beautiful store but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I met with the sale woman and then followed up with two emails and two phone calls over a three week and she never responded. Save yourself a trip and just call the online customer service.
DWR GR is top notch! Not only do they sell the timeless classics and other high-quality furniture, but their staff, including Aleshia, and Ariel are very knowledgeable of the wonderful product they sell. They are also committed to customer satisfaction beyond the point of sale. Ausencio is also a great installer, and I highly recommend him for white-glove delivery.
Visited the store at Bretton Village in Grand rapids. Really really great service from Mallory Berg! Wanted to buy a Noguchi cocktail table. Not only did Mallory advised me that this table, regularly priced at about $2,500, was going to be on sale in about a week -- 20% off. She also advise me that, as a first-time customer, I could get free white glove shipping, including un-boxing and set-up, to my home in remote Northern Michigan, some 300 miles from the store in Grand Rapids (a $499 value!!)! As an Interior Designer, I am over the moon delighted with the Grand Rapids Design Within Reach location. Alesha Balmer and her all-star team: Ben, Ariel, Hyuibin, and Mallory are professional, creative, kind, and authentically invested in their customers. They put their heart and soul into their work, and they love being there. It is a rare thing to see.
