We worked with Ariel and Mallory in furnishing a whole house. They were very responsive to concerns and questions, they always made sure that things were taken care of correctly. They had wonderful design ideas that made the process of design and furnishing low stress and accessible.
This is the second time I’ve been in the store, and both times not a single greeting when walking in — despite being the only customers there. We even had to say goodbye first, just to get some acknowledgment. For a store at this price point, the experience feels cold and unwelcoming, which is disappointing when the vibe should feel elevated, not ignored.
10/10. The highest quality furniture, with a rich history and the most dedicated designers. I’m biased, as one of the Design Specialists here, but stop on into the studio! We’d love to meet you!
I'm so disappointed with our experience. We ordered a very expensive table, chairs and credenza in February or Jan, it was delayed from April to June. Totally get it, it happens. We received delivery last Friday, the store paid for over the threshold delivery instead of assembly. We called the store and Ryder returned later in the day for assembly, just to find the base of the table was missing holes for one of the leg. Ryder took the base away telling us it would drilled with approval from DWR and returned to us on Tuesday.... read more
