Unfortunate experience with DWR. I purchased an Eames office chair advertising a 12-year warranty in 2018. Yesterday a caster failed on the chair. I called DWR to initiate a replacement under warranty and was told that the only way to do that is to provide the order number associated with the purchase. From 2018. Yikes! I don’t keep random order numbers that long. I guess I’ll try contacting Herman Miller directly (although I understand it is now the same company). Wonder if I will get a different answer. Had a really pleasant walk through and shopping session with the associate. The pieces are pricey but definitely eye catching and worth the price if it's accent pieces you want.
