My interaction with staff was extremely unhelpful, the person didn’t even know their own product. They were not will to help with the issue, they were defensive, not empathetic. I bought their once- fool me once. It been years so I tried and I guess fool me twice! Will never walk in there again! Train your staff DWR!!!
The pieces are very contemporary, modern and beautiful. Some real great artists design the pieces it seems! The prices are a little bit high. The two floor showroom is great because they have beautiful life plants that are taken care of so well and it adds to all the furniture that you can see and I enjoyed the experience very much. Staff were very friendly also.
My experience with DWR and Assistant Manager Tom Berlangero, has been excellent. The after sales support provided by DWR and Herman Miller is truly top-notch as well. I feel confident that any issues with my Embody office chair are handle promptly and to my satisfaction.
Wanted to see a few sofas on the DWR website and was able to set up a next day appointment with Angelica who was so helpful and gave us free shipping on our Ellison Studio sofa! Amazing experience, wish I could buy the whole store 😁
