Beware! Where do I begin?!?! (1) My credit card was charged with bogus charges by DWR. I had to contact them more than once to have these charges credited. (2) Stacy Day provided the worst customer service my husband and I have ever experienced. Her long drawn out excuses for problems were always another person's fault and not her own fault. Great Furniture and Staff! – Thank you Kathleen and Stacy! Not only does DWR have some of the best furniture in town design wise but the quality is unmatched! One of my main concerns when I am buying something new is customer service and Kathleen has that covered with an educated and amazing staff. I even love their delivery service, LionsPride Sustainable Moving & Delivery and have used them for a household move. I can't rave enough about DWR, their furniture and their staff! Great service, modern classics – I shop a lot of furniture/home decor spots & DWR is certainly among my ultimate faves. For one, they have all the cool designers from mid-century names like Eames and Nelson to modern marvels like Marcel Wanders. Secondly, their salespeople know how to interact with customers. Editorial Review – This bright, easy-to-navigate loft-type showroom contains modern furniture, accessories, fixtures, lighting, flooring and a helpful staff.
A Portland design institution – Besides having design events occasionally housed at the largest built DWR studio their selections of furniture are wonderful (even though their price point is enough to give some people pause). Then again, you really don’t find original or licensed reproductions of great design in many stores so the price, to those fascinated by design, becomes secondary.
