It feels pointless to leave a review because people keep supporting this scam of a business. I will, however, be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on Monday. We had a similar experience as the couple who consigned a piece of furniture and then moved back north. It took them 6 months to get the money - and that was only after they showed up in person. It feels pointless to leave a review because people keep supporting this scam of a business. My Mom moved into an assisted living home and consigned a double reclining loveseat. Every time she called Michele to find out the status she was told either Michele would call her back (she never did) or if Michele answered the phone she told my mother she would look into it and get back to here. Be very careful when consigning with Michelle. She sold my furniture in December of 2019 and has not paid me and likely never will. After multiple requests in person and via email she continues to avoid me. She is either out of the store when she tells me to come In to get a check or doesn’t have her checkbook with her when she is in. Even leaving a stamped envelope didn’t do it. They have some nice things there. Stock rotates, so check in often. Customer service is great. Wish they would update their Facebook page with pictures of new merchandise.

I bought a “leather” reclining sofa and recliner last spring. Within weeks the vinyl started peeling. I wasted $700 on a piece of junk! I went back and the owner gave me a credit of less than $200. She said she would write it down in case she wasn’t there when we came back. When I went back, she was there and told me she had given me a card with the amount written on it. She hadn’t given me anything. She gave us a hard time, but finally gave us a lamp. I won’t shop there again!
