This is the 3rd time we have used the services of Design Turf. Alex came to see what we wanted for our front lawn and garden. He made great suggestions and understood what we were looking to achieve. We got a turf that not only looks great but should also be durable enough to withstand the weight of a car to park on when required. The whole install team of 6 were professional and precise, getting the job done in a day. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the result! Design Turf’s team made the process easy and quick. We have 2 standard schnauzers who tore the place to shreds before we decided to install artificial turf. Tyrel and his crew was fantastic: hard working, professional and super tidy! Salesman Alex was very knowledgeable about artificial turf, detailed and patient in his answers to my questions. He was even an installer previously, so it gave me peace of mind that he really knew what he was talking about. He even brought samples of the turf.
