We were very satisfied with the quality of the product, workmanship, and professionalism. The installation team was accommodating and friendly when I asked for some changes. They wanted me to be happy and I greatly appreciated how responsive they were. Our dog loves it too! We highly recommend!
Our backyard was once beautiful and utilized all the time however, keeping up with the weeds proved impossible and sadly, our yard lost its appeal and usefulness. For years I struggled with maintaining my lawn due to squirrels and lack of sun and I’m so happy I made the decision to go with first Design Turf who transformed my backyard into a beautiful oasis! Not only does the turf look real and stunning, but it’s soft and comfortable on the feet and super easy to clean - all you need is a leaf blower. We had our pet turf put down May 2020 and I didn’t post my reviews then but it’s 2025 and it still looks great. The guys explained everything and worked very hard. We have a round pool and they did a great job of fitting the turf to the pool shape. We got this done because we have a large dog and didn’t want anymore muddy paws. He plays hard on it and it has held up to the high traffic. Design Turf will also come and “refresh” your turf for a spring cleaning fee.
