Great experience with Design Turf. From estimate to booking the job to job completion, everything went well and ran smoothly. Our backyard which was a bit of a mud pit, now looks like a well manicured lawn.
We had our pet turf put down May 2020 and I didn’t post my reviews then but it’s 2025 and it still looks great. The guys explained everything and worked very hard. We have a round pool and they did a great job of fitting the turf to the pool shape. We got this done because we have a large dog and didn’t want anymore muddy paws. He plays hard on it and it has held up to the high traffic. Design Turf will also come and “refresh” your turf for a spring cleaning fee. I sent an early morning email and it was answered so fast. Shari sent me an invoice right away and I was able to drive to the warehouse and pick up my order. The warehouse guy was super helpful and help me load my turf filler. Thank you Steve
