We recently had our artificial turf putting green renovated by Design Turf due to deterioration and poor workmanship by a different company nine years ago. I wish we had called them from the beginning because it’s unlikely we would be needing a replacement now. We have a very small yard, which was always hard to see with grass, and our new dog was digging holes. It’s been a couple days and the new turf is great. I no longer have to drag my bike over muddy patches and step in dog holes. The installation was done in an afternoon. The guys were great and very clean. I’m surprised how nice the turf feels under foot. Arguably better than grass.
We were very satisfied with the quality of the product, workmanship, and professionalism. The installation team was accommodating and friendly when I asked for some changes. They wanted me to be happy and I greatly appreciated how responsive they were. Our dog loves it too! We highly recommend!
