I really have to hand it to Design Techniques for their incredible customer service and phenomenal work. I needed a small upper helm cover for a console after the previous one was lost to the wind. I scheduled this job for my client as I am a yacht broker, and I coordinate work to be done to boats for my clients all the time. I invited them out to my boat to look at re-doing the front panel of my Bayliner 38 flybridge canvas. I was given rough estimate and I accepted and got in line for work. After being strung along for 9 months I got to the top of the pile at which point I was told they did not want to do my job. I am sure it was too small of a job at $1500.
