I came in for a trim. I did have a strait cut with some very subtle layers/texturizing that goes up about 2". I ended up with a U cut with layers that go 5" up on one side and 6" on the other. I have a couple 2" long stragglers hanging down at the bottom. The top layer sticks out noticeably and then the longest hair at the bottom is thin... no blending, frizzy in between the layers and blunt lines for the short layers. I am so mad!
