I asked for a dark chocolate brown with highlights and a small 2” trim to cut off some old blonde hair. I left with red hair and over 5” cut off — nothing close to what I requested. The salon refused to refund me and only offered a vague gift card. I’m graduating in a few days and now have to walk across the stage with hair I hate. This was an incredibly upsetting experience and I would not trust this salon again.
