I had purchased an adjustable bed from Design Sleep about 10 years ago. I recently had a problem with a clunking sound when I raised and lowered the bed. I called Design Sleep and they came the next day. They discovered the problem and returned with the hardware to fix the problem on the same day! And all with a smile! They were wonderful!
