White glove treatment I had a great experience. Had a house fire and they went above and beyond. Start to finish they were very receptive and empathetic. The house fire was during supply chain issues and this company delivered. From cleaning, carpentry, masonry, and painting my home was done correctly and efficiently. After my neighbors saw the work a few hired them for their projects. I highly recommend.
Design Restorations were hired to restore my daughter’s kitchen. Long story short it didn’t work out. The project manager Tony told her that the project was too small. My daughter talked to Chris who was in charge of the project. He told my daughter that they would just part ways due to the fact that they could not come to an agreement. Design Restorations still sent them a bill for almost $2000.00 just for communicating with their insurance company. Ridiculous. Stay away from this company.
Hire your own private adjuster or attorney so you have an advocate. The adjuster works for the insurance company, the restoration company continues to want Insurance Co business. Also your insurance agent works for the insurance company. I found out too late about hiring your own adjuster. I’ll report more when this is settled along with some Photos. Also they didn’t even give me all my photos so that I can get reimbursed from the insurance company for total loss items I replaced. They sent duplicates.
They did an excellent job our home was badly damaged from a fire and the water damage was extremely bad we are totally satisfied with them. Excellent job well done thank you Kevin and mark
I used this company to board up the door at my store. It was a break in and I needed emergency service. They were thorough and helpful from the first call. Justice explained what was going to happen right after she took your information. Justice is the kindest person I’ve spoke to in a long time. They will always have my business for the many stores I have in the area. Thank you Justice and Design Restorations you guys rock!
