So far, I've been fortunate not to need this service. But, if I'm ever unfortunate I would definitely choose or recommend this service due to my faith in Nathan Rittenour. I do believe he would be honest and fair.

We attempted to hire Design Restoration for a family members house that was struck by a car, based on reviews here and online. All I can say is that our experience was nothing like the reviews you read here. Stalls, delays, excuses, poor or no communication from the project manager. Repeatedly tried to get us to sign a blank contract which did not outline any details or scope of work, and missed deadlines for receiving a fully fledged quote.
