I wouldn't trust a word that Rich says about construction, permits, or building code. Apparently a 20' x 10' roof over my patio wasn't actually a roof, it was "decorative" or a pergola just like anything you can buy at a home improvement store. So that's why he could say no permits needed and skip a bunch of steps and just attached it directly over my siding with deck screws. And the plastic corrugated roofing he installed? If I could give less than 1 star I would. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a home improvement project. Gave him money in June 2020 and basically never heard from him again, unless I contacted him and was put off every time or he would say that he would be there a certain day and would not show up or call to let me know. Then after we gave him a deadline (it is November by now) he told us to find someone else to do the job. Totally unprofessional!! Did 2 bedrooms a bathroom and laundry room stuff not done right if done at all. Just ask around jamestown about richard bush. Will never do business will him again. Took him 6 months and thought that was good time.
