Purchases a new Hot Tub from Design. I cant say enough about how truly pleasant the experience was from start to finish. Kelcie provided knowledgeable assistance with the sale and expertise getting an electrician to hook it up. The owner Kody Bednarzyk personally supervised the removal of my old hot tub and installation of our beautiful new unit. BEWARE! The new generation of owners does not have the same standards of customer service and integrity as the previous owners. They will not stand behind their work if you encounter any problems with your new pool build, or your renovation. They destroyed our new plaster finish, refuse to take any responsibility, and have declined to discuss remedies with us. This is not the same Design Pool that built a reputaion over many years.
