I bought my first hot tub from Design Pool & Spa a little over a year ago. I was a little nervous going into it, but thanks to Kelcie and Kody, the nerves quickly went away. Amazing service!! We're new pool owners and know nothing! After our pool was opened by Touched by the Sun, they referred us to Design Pool for our chemicals. Owen helped me out with making sure I knew exactly what I needed to do to keep my pool looking good. Theresa was extremely helpful with the pool robots. We were able to borrow one (Rosie) for the weekend. We're happy to be new customers of Design Pool and look forward to developing a long relationship with the company!
