RecommendedBought a used pickup from a dealership.The seat covers didn’t meet with their standards so agreed to have them recovered. Design One did the work and it was AMAZING! I didn’t know that aftermarket could ever turn out so nice. Well, a year later my arm rest latch wouldn’t open and took the truck back and they opened the armrest and found the problem and fixed it NO charge! Fantastic service after the sale!!!
These guys go above and beyond to give the customer what they want, even when it might be tough to get done. I’ve used them multiple times now and will more in the future!
