Had a couple of snaps that needed to be replaced. We took it in, they did it on the spot, and didn't charge me. The best customer service you ask for!

Although the initial quote was only for one bolster panel, the team went above and beyond—completing extra necessary repairs without altering the scope or charging me more. Design One did amazing work on my Jaguar S-Type. The interior headliner and sunroof liner was sagging and needed replacing. The outcome was excellent and the turn around time was fast! That' not the best news, what really impressed me was how they care about the customer requests. Replaced the headliner in my Ridgeline. Looks like new! I also needed my windshield replaced. I asked them if I should replace it before they do the headliner or after? They said we can get that done for you while your truck is in their shop. They handled all the arrangement's. Saved me a trip to a windshield shop! Highly recommend them!
