Called this Chuck guy to install two heat pumps in my shop. Took about 4 tries to get it installed properly. First time didn't work, second time didn't work, third time kept leaking water. Fast forward about a year, neither pump works... Tried calling and texting to get fixed... No reply. My recommendation is call someone who actually knows what they're doing. Chuck and his guys are amateurs.
