EXTREMELY UPSET. I spent over $100 with a lot of hassle and very few moment of peace. Because of word count limit I can't go into full detail. The gentleman who handled my cousin - ignored her bickering with his manage about his pay and how it will reflect on his paycheck while my cousin was still waiting for her service to be completed.
