Our installation in Rancho Santa Margarita is extremely disappointing. LA Solar is doing a poor job pulling permits, and coordinating with the power company- unlocking our meter ring and shutdown at the street to install a new panel. Of course they are quick to invoice for the full amount. Our job includes a panel upgrade. When all is done, the job will have taken over 7 months! 4/18/2022 – Repairing of Solar Equipment installed by Barnes Solar. LA Solar Group bought out Barnes Solar January 2022. It took 4 months for LA Solar Group to provide a Barnes Technician to trouble shoot and repair the system. When Technician Jose Sandorval arrived 4/18/2022, We sat down and reviewed the Generac website on my equipment and confirmed that it was isolated to one of the two PVlinks.
