We used these guys for our commercial rooftop units maintenance and repairs for years. Good work and responsive when we needed them. Recently we had one of the RTUs go down, and when they came out there was some confusion and they diagnosed problems on the down unit AND a second unit for some reason. According to the field tech, both units were shot and they recommended replacement or repairs that would be close to the price of new units. Had a 3 inch steel HVAC pipe break. Design, Mechanical responded after hours replacing a large section of broken pipe fast and effective. Can you ask for anything better during an emergency. The pipe broke at 5:30. I was able to turn AC back on too over 200 units in the same day.Thank you
