Not reliable. They will have your order on back order status for months. I’m still waiting on uniforms I ordered last year (2023).
I had several security officer patches sewn onto the sleeves of some uniform shirts of mine. They did an absolutely terrific job on sewing my patches onto the sleeves of my shirts. The patches were sewn on perfectly straight. I also had uniform pants hemmed, and the waist taken in on a pair. They worked quickly to complete my order, as well.
