Took my necklace that my husband had bought as a gift for me to Design jeweller's to see if they could replace the clasp on the necklace. I have arthritis and Dupytene contracture in my left hand, it is almost impossible to open the necklace clasp by myself with my hands. The sales lady was warm, polite, friendly and most importantly accommodating. She suggested we replace the clasp with a larger lobster clasp. Our experience with Design Jewellers was exceptional. My beautiful custom engagement ring was finished in 2 weeks, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We recently had to take it in because it had a small crack on one of the branches, and design jewellers had it looking good as new. They work hard to ensure things are done properly and in a timely manner. We would recommend this business to anyone, especially if you’re looking for something specific and meaningful.
