Extremely Disappointed With the Customer Service and Complete Waste of My Time Making the design here was quick and easy, and I initially had a great experience. On my birthday, my mother gave me her 18 karat white gold and pearl ring. It was important to me because it was a gift from my mother, I had never owned a piece of fine jewellery before, nor gold, nor pearls. Mirvatz & Sema from design jewellers are incredible & so are all of the welcoming & helpful staff at design jewellers! Mirvatz helped my now husband pick out my engagement ring which I’m dead in love with.
