We purchased this property and decided to build a home in Island Park, Idaho. Our realtor referred us to Josh and Design Intelligence. Terrible service. I wanted to get the plans for my house made, I sent them my idea, they told me it would take a couple of weeks, months passed and they never gave me an answer.
Design Intelligence has to be the best company we’ve ever worked with. My wife and I designed a large project and we worked with design intelligence for over two years with more changes than I can possibly count. Jonathan went above and beyond so many times to help accommodate all of our crazy requests. Jonathan and Josh have proven to be very patient and professional. We will definitely use Design Intelligence again in the future and can’t recommend them highly enough! They are a true gem here in East Idaho!

I had the pleasure of working with Structural Engineer, Josh Wood. He developed New Construction - Residential Structural plans on a notably fast schedule. The building department requested a minor note to be added and Josh responded promptly. I appreciate his effort and time.
