I called her at a very hard season of my life when I needed help with several different areas in my home but could not get motivated or make decisions. A very interesting experience from start to finish. My initial phone call was answered by the owner Kathleen. I explained I was looking for a custom drape for a 3 panel sliding door. She asked for my name, phone number, address and made an appointment for 12/28 at 9:00 am. I was thrilled to have an appointment so quickly. December 28th arrives and I’m readying my space for her; 9:05 no show no call, 9:15 no show no call, 9:30 no show no call.
