It's with a heavy heart that I cannot recommend Janine and her team, despite truly liking them as people. My experience was highly disappointing, and with good conscience, I cannot recommend their services. From the start, there was a lack of transparency. They charged a 25% design fee on top of all services, which I accepted, but they assured me all discounts would be passed along which would essentially pay for itself. We collaborated with Design House on a project for about 9 months and they were extremely professional, timely and efficient. The mutual clients were extremely thrilled with their end result.
Janine designed our entire house from scratch! We bought an old 1950s house and completely re-did it with her help and could not be happier!
