I needed a new bathroom mirror (about. 58" x 39") over a dual basin vanity, and I wanted a beveled edge. Design Glass & Mirror took my order, came out for detailed measurements, and provided a very reasonable quote including delivery and installation. Everything went smoothly, with prompt and effective communication, and I am very happy with the results including the time from order to installation.
Design Glass and Mirror and Edwin Aguilar failed to complete the job that they were contracted to do. They still have not installed the square towel bar that they were contracted to install. They voided the lifetime warranty on the brand new Koehler bathtub that we had purchased for the remodel of the bathroom by drilling into the enamel and cast iron frame of the bathtub. Had a frameless shower door installed. Design Glass came out did an estimate and a little bit later installed. Easy to communicate and set up appointment. Door came out great as ordered. Price for work is fair. Only downside was install time. Asked for earlier appointment to not miss work. Installers came in closer on the later side. Additionally were using this install to train new people. All for on the job training for experience. Would have been great had they informed us. Recommend this company for similar work.
