Lack of care at a sensitive time. Worst smelling arrangement I’ve ever purchased. I called Ascent looking for an arrangement similar to my mother in laws wedding bouquet, to honor the one year anniversary of the passing of her husband. We were coming in from out of town as a family, staying together locally and I was hopeful to have something thoughtful for my MIL at this hard time. Karen is awesome! She was communicative and friendly, and created the perfect arrangement for delivery to a friend staying at the Ridgeview Resort in Radium. We talked about the style and colours and types of flowers I was hoping for, and she sent me photos of similar arrangements to help get an idea of what I wanted. The end result was beautiful and my friend loved it! I would highly recommend Ascent Florist to anyone!

The expert florist at what is now called Ascent is an absolute gem in both her knowledge and appreciation shown to customers; the arrangements observed at Screamers and other establishments in Radium are all made up by this florist. I had an unforgettable heartful visit leaving with a purple carnation that is still very much alive and adorning me in my home in Edmonton!! Namaste Karen and may our paths cross again!!
We are from out of town and had a need for flowers on short notice and we were lucky enough to find this amazing business! She made an exceptional arrangement at short notice and late in the day. We were so grateful for her help!
