Have used Design Flow for several jobs and repairs. Most recently they installed a mini split. The pricing was reasonable and from the initial contact for a quote to the installation, Design Flow was a pleasure to work with. The owner Brian and another technician performed the installation, which went smoothly. While certainly not a cheap ordeal, the incredible professionalism and care shown by the technicians, Ashton and Jeramee, was more than I could have asked for. They went above and beyond to ensure that heat was restored to my home in one visit, though the workload was absolutely more than they or I expected it to be. I cannot give them high enough praise and look forward to creating a longstanding relationship with Design Flow for maintenance and any upgrades I plan to make.
I was very impressed with the team. They were able to visit within a few days and found a tricky issue. I think they were fairly priced.
We had a loud noise coming from our outside unit. We called and expressed our concern. They sent two techs out ( Ashton and Jeremy) They got here, asked us about our concerns. They were able to narrow it down to a simple fix. We appreciate the fast, honest service. Ashton and Jeremy, Thank You Very Much !!!
