We had an Air scrubber installed by Ashton and Daniel. They did a great job and were very efficient. They took tome to explain how the scrubber worked and also gave us information for long term maintenance of the scrubber. We are fairly new to Design Flow but they have been great to work with.
Techs arrived promptly and began my first service, carefully noting condition of my unit. They were courteous and professional.
Design Flow was an outstanding experience by far! This company was top notch!!! My AC unit went down and from the intake call to the service technician I felt like family. They were at my house within 4 hours and the unit was fixed at a very affordable price. They text me a bio of my service technician that was so thorough I felt as if I knew him when he arrived. They have my business for life.
