Had a great experience with Brian and his team. They installed a new geothermal system installed and ductwork throughout our existing home. He thoroughly explained each step and worked with us to minimize the visibility of the ductwork as much as possible. Any concerns or questions we had were promptly addressed and answered. I really appreciated all their communication. Our new system works great!
I had a great experience with Design Flow Heating and Cooling LLC. Jeramee Mendez did an excellent job during the service visit. He was professional, polite, and very thorough. He clearly explained everything to me, including how to properly install and maintain the filters, which I appreciated. He also cleaned out the unit and made sure everything was running properly before he left. The work was done efficiently and with care. Overall, great company and a great technician. I would definitely recommend them.
Ashton went above and beyond what was expected of him. He even took time to explain and teach me about my system. Great service from a great guy. I loved the pre appointment text I received with Ashton’s picture and little bio on him. Tasha in the office was outstanding to work with as well setting everything up. Thank You Design Flow
