Brian and his team are the best. Brian takes the time to fully understand your needs and the information transfers fully to the field guys doing the work. I have had them at my home twice for modifying my existing system with custom ductwork and adding new ducting for an ERV. Chad, Daniel and Ashton truly care about their work product and it shows!
The Design Flow team was excellent! They provided great service, were professional, respectful of my home, and I could not have been happier with my experience. When they were done, Chad took the time to show me what they had done and explain how the system works…both inside and outside! Very thorough and I appreciated the attention to detail and service!
We have a service plan with Design Flow and they’ve been wonderful over the years! After 16 years, our original equipment finally went up and they were able to help with a quick installation. Excellent pricing and great communication with the owner and the install team highly recommend! Get that service plan in place!
Just had a new unit installed by Design Flow and we are thrilled with the work. Brian made it out same day to provide a quote. He throughly examined our system and then discussed design including comfort throughout our home. This was no general rip and replace! Multiple options were provided in a proposal same day! Arriving on time, protecting our home and leaving the job site clean a... read more
Design Flow is a great company to work with! Our AC stopped working and they were out the same day to inspect and gave an estimate to repair. Once we decided the system needed to be replaced, Brian came out quickly and presented us with several options. He and his team worked quickly and professionally getting our old unit out and the new one in and running with no issues! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any HVAC needs.
