Outstanding Service – Ashton Brown Saved the Day! We had a complete AC failure on one of the hottest days of the year. Called Design Flow and Ashton Brown was out incredibly fast. He diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor with a visible hole), fixed it on the spot, and had our system running perfectly again. I moved into a house with geothermal and the company that installed it, and maintained it for several years, dropped their geothermal support entirely. Thankfully I found Design Flow to take their place, because Brian is likely the most knowledgeable geothermal expert in Carroll County. His ability to diagnose problems, and the work his company does to fix them, is top tier.
Honest and knowledgeable. The two things I want most alongside good work. I don't tend to write reviews, but these folks earned it. The owner Brian and his technician Jeramee are exactly the type of people you want to invite into your home or business.
