Updated Review May 2026: The prior heating repair completed by DesignFlow did solve our heating problem but then our AC took a nose dive a few weeks later (our whole system is 25 yrs old). Their technicians were dispatched again, they came right away- this time for our AC (bc we went from cold days to warmer days end of April) They told us our unit is slowing going to fail us once the temps hit 80°. We were able to get an appointment scheduled the next day and the technicians Ashton and Daniel were knowledgeable on my geothermal system and very courteous. Resolved an issue that several other companies were not able to identify.

Excellent experience! Our furnace stopped working. We called Design Flow. They answered the phone, the Representative was friendly & informative. Scheduling was simple. Ashton & Daniel arrived same day, on time, and got right to work.
