I've used Design Flow on multiple occasions and have always had a wonderful experience. The owner has personally returned phone calls after hours and the technicians are professional and thorough. I highly recommend Design Flow!

The whole Design-Flow team has been great at each turn — helping me with my previous ancient system, installing my new system, and being super responsive with a recent repair. Superb service, Tasha provided excellent communication. Technician Ashton arrived promptly and professionally diagnosed the issue right away. The defective part was replaced and the system was quickly up and running properly. Thank you so much.
We were impressed with the service and timely manner we encountered! We came home from vacation to find that our GeoThermal heating and cooling system was not working...We made a Sunday night phone call, the office manager, Tashia called first thing on Monday AM, she dispatched a tech to diagnose the problem.
