Alright. I have crowded teeth and it’s a bummer. But every hygienist visit I have this office handles my teeth with care. Every time. I don’t get anxiety over this like I have felt with other hygienists. Billing is always super clear and the staff is super courteous and bilingual. The location is perfect for me - I live in upper Kirby and always manage to make it a few min late and the staff doesn’t scold me about that. It is so appreciated. The dental cleaning service was excellent. We will continue using it.
I have PTSD from my last dentist . I feel absolutely relaxed here . Everyone is really nice and the dentist here is gentle.
Dr. Cheng and his staff are wonderful! Alice is a terrific hygienist.
