Unless you have countless hours and the patience to micromanage every aspect of your project, I would not use Design Classics to build your house. We first met Jeff Wawro, president of Design Classics, in August of 2017. After several meetings, we decided to use Design Classics to build our home. I highly recommend Design Classics. Their team approach in designing and building homes is a breathe of fresh air. Not many builders these days take time to go over the details before starting a project and this has helped tremendously in the building process.
I would highly recommend Jeff Wawro and Design Classics to build your next home. My wife and I had an outstanding experience from the design stage through finish out. Our home is completely custom with very detailed finish out. We have now been in our home for approximately 18 months and absolutely love coming home every day. We have not even had any warranty repairs for anything. We love our home and Jeff and his group did an outstanding job for us.
