Brad was our project manager. Very knowledgeable and personable. Design Center did a great job with a complete bathroom and bedroom remodel with challenging space and concrete wall limitations. Our family and guests have really appreciated the transformation They are now going to remodel our other bathroom this year. We trust them and our coop management trusts them with large concrete maintenance and repair issues We highly recommend Design Center and their professional staff
Alex and his team at the Design Center recently completed spalling, repairs a major interior renovation., Iand a large addition to my Home in Marathon. Although things came up along the way, they maintain their price and did so with complete professionalism. I called them for a spalling repair quote for my house that I'm selling. They were incredibly responsive and provided a same day quote so me and my realtor could understand what we were working with, and then made plans for a next day site visit to hone in on the quote a bit. They even offered to expedite the project for free when I mentioned that we need to get this done before closing. Alex has done all of our spalling work for years here at The Cay Condominiums. We have 50 units. He is very professional along with his crew. Alex is on time with appointments and most important is he is honest. If something can wait until next year he will tell you. He works with your budget as much as possible. We would highly recommend him.
Design Center has done both remodeling and spalling for us. They were timely, professional and stuck to the bid.
