I hired Rick to do an outside concrete countertop. He explained the process and color selections. I provided detailed drawings and measurements. The surface area was large and the project was done in 4 separate pours in his shop. He finished the countertops and was unable to deliver, so I picked up the slabs and installed them. It became evident upon installation that there were problems with the quality of the workmanship. Ricky was great! He walked us through the process and was extremely patient with our choosing of the colors. We now have beautiful kitchen and bath concrete counters which are unique and fit our decor perfectly. The price was reasonable and the process fun. Highly recommended!
Rick did our kitchen countertops a few years ago, and when a section became rough and discolored—what we agreed was likely a manufacturing defect in the topcoat—he came out right away to take care of it. Instead of just fixing the damaged spot, he sanded down and refinished the entire countertop. Since the counter is split by a stove, I felt like he really went above and beyond to ensure a consistent finish.
