We've been helping people renew and refresh their living spaces since February, 2003 at the same location by selling quality items at deeply discounted prices compared to new. We also provide an easy, safe, and convenient way for people to convert their gently used furniture and home decor into cash by bringing in and consigning with us.

I have been going here for many years and have bought furniture, art, collectibles, and more. The service has gone above and beyond to help. I highly recommend going more than once. There are always new items coming in.

Don't Deal with Them Appalling company. We gave them several items to sell. We went into the store a few weeks later and noticed that the items were not on the floor. We inquired about our item and were told that one in particular was "Broken on installation" AKA... they broke them while they were trying to display them. They then tried to hide the accident by stating that it was "donated" to the store. Really??? The item was priced by them at 65 dollars. Wow! Amazing place! Huge selection of beautiful furniture, very high quality at surprisingly reasonable prices! They continually update new arrivals on their facebook page, very helpful! The virtual walk-thru is very cool too, if you've never seen the store you gotta check it out! Staff is super nice and new stuff comes in every day, have to come in often so as not to miss that perfect piece!!
If I could rate this business and the proprietors that own it a "0" would. I've had two bad experiences with them and I swore I would never try them again but I found myself with some things to consign as we prepare for a move and decided to give them another try. That was a bad decision. I asked if the would be interested in looking at some extra large mirrors that were purchased at Wilsons about 5 years ago and a variety of other items. T. Henton I have been going to Design by Exchange for about 3 years. I have bought and sold items with this company and no matter what you are looking for they will have it or it will come through. The more you check back the chance you will pay less or loose the item you spotted. It's a gamble but so much fun. Good quality to use immediately or refinish to your liking. A great place to sell and buy – I have used Design By Exchange for several years- they are ALWAYS honest with me- have no hidden "service charges" like many consignment places- I have gotten hundreds of dollars from them just by dropping off items I don't need any more and then, a few weeks later, I get a check in the mail!
