We had the pleasure of working with Joe on the renovation of the lobby in our 100-unit Brooklyn building, and we're very happy with both the process and the final result. Joe brought a great deal of creativity to the project while also being practical and thoughtful. My wife and I had some idea of what we wanted as an addition to our house but were not 100 % sure. When Joe came in and discussed the possibilities and made his own suggestions we were certain that together we had come up with exactly what we wanted and needed. He took us from A to Z and was available the whole time. We are very pleased.
