I had a great experience working with Lori and Terry. She's a great listener and extremely creative and Terry has years of experience in custom building in the islands.
I contracted with Design Build San Juan for my kitchen remodel. They sized the cabinets and sinks and I did the install. When the microwave oven and kitchen sink would not fit, I determined that they used the external dimensions of the cabinets, not the correct internal dimensions required for the appliances to fit. This gross error cost me a delay of months and well over a thousand dollars to correct, and on to of it all, they did not even offer an apology. I will never do business with them again.
