The service was fabulous as usual. My furnace was making a noise .Design Air happened to be coming to my area and stopped in to look at it. The problem was resolved right away. Thanks for the great service. I would highly recommend this company.
On Friday, January 17, at 7:00 p.m. , we determined that our furnace was not working and our home was getting cold. Through friends and another furnace company, we were referred to Design Air. The technician arrived at our home and he determined that the circuit board had failed and luckily he had a replacement in the shop. Design Air is the only place my wife and I will ever deal with for furnace and air conditioner. We have had absolutely 5/5 customer service for all of our needs. We had a new air conditioner installed in spring. They were on time, professional, clean and courteous. They even were done ahead of schedule. We just had a brand new furnace installed and had the exact same courteous, professional wonderful service. We will always, always recommend Design Air 100% of the time.
