Got to us in a very timely fashion and handled our issue quickly!
Design air installed one mini split for us this last summer, and it went flawlessly. We had them install another on January 3rd, with Dave and Eastyn doing a great job. This was a different story. The unit had a faulty service valve. They ordered a new valve, but after installation, the unit was *still* faulty, with a bad EEV control board. Liz felt terrible about our user experience, and arm wrestled Bryant to furnish an entirely new unit, which just got installed on the 22nd, and has functioned perfectly. I called and they were at my house within 45 minutes. They were able to do maintenance on everything and get it up and running within a few hours. Very friendly would recommend.
