Chris & his team that came out did a very thorough inspection of our ductwork. The house we moved into had been vacant for 3yrs and not well upkept. What they found in my dryer vent too would make anyone's stomach recoil...disgusting. So glad we had them out to make sure my family & I were taken care of! Thank you Design Air!!

After contacting several other duct cleaning companies and not hearing back for days, I was finally referred to Design Air — and I can’t say enough good things about the service they provided. A few days before calling Design Air, I made the mistake of trying to clean the duct myself and purchased a dryer duct brush kit. Unfortunately, the brush broke off deep inside the vent. My husband had researched and it looks like they are the only one in town that are certified to do it the right way and we ended up using them. The service was great, they came out on time. The owner was pleasant to speak with and are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his service.
