We had a nightmare of a deck built by another contractor. After seeing a friend post about Design-A-Deck we gave them a call to see if they could help. Our deck was built so poorly we were not sure if anything could be done. We are beyond happy with the end result. To have another contractor come in to fix this mess ~ WE are Blessed and Grateful!!! From the start of our project until the completion of our deck - customer service was exemplary. Our village personnel that issues the building permit said they have never received such a comprehensive package that they were able to approve so easily.
