I went to Desi's based on the upstanding reviews around Assad's helpfulness in turning a Salvage vehicle into a Rebuilt, and I was not disappointed in the slightest. He not only helped me through the process, but advised me on where I could personally buy the cheapest parts to no benefit of his own, and completed all of the work with a free reinspection within the 10 day time frame.
