It is impossible to get a call back from this Agent and or staff. Called to ask a simple question about my policy rate increase and lady said she would call me back. Well that didn’t happen! Emailed 5 days later requesting someone call me to assist with my question and that didn’t happen either. I am an existing customer and Seems this Agent Does Not Care!!
