I can honestly say this review is based off the customer service at this institution and nothing else. I’ve tried to book appointments here several times and every time I did it got canceled. The first time the owner claimed she had an emergency and she hoped I’d reschedule in the future. No big deal right? Things happen and I understand that. here I rescheduled again and she canceled again 1 hour before the appointment. This is a huge waste of my time and inconvenience. Danielle is absolutely fantastic! She knew how to match the lash shape amd length to your face, and was extremely flexible with booking options. My lashes held well with her and I never noticed clumpiness or hardening of my lash extensions. My fav lash artist for 2+ years until she moved to Florida :( (come back Danielle!!!!!) I recommend her to anyone. ❤️❤️
