Bruce helped us get back on the road very quickly, so grateful.
We were stranded in Cisco, Utah and Ward and Bruce came to our rescue. They worked tirelessly to repair our truck and even towed our trailer to the nearest RV Park so we had a place to stay while we waited on the repair. I can't say enough good things about these guys --honest, hard working, and extremely kind. You are in good hands with these gentlemen !!
Bruce and Ward are two amazing human beings. My truck broke down a mile outside of Thompson Springs, Utah at 9 PM. They came out, pulled my battery and charged it for me. Found out it was my alternator, they said they’d be back the next day, when the store opens to purchase a new one. They helped us get off the interstate and to a safe place for the night. Ward and Connie were the absolute best in helping us when our vehicle was down for the day. They came down to us at first light to give us a hand. They could have helped us at night but we didn’t rush them knowing we would have to wait for the parts store to open. Ward checked and saw what was needed and went to go buy replacement parts when the issue was discovered. He replaced the wheel bearing with no issue and charged us a very reasonable amount.
