Their entire team is clutch and this time around I had the pleasure of having Mike take care of me. Not only did he get me in and out with a quickness but he didn't even give me a hard time for crashing out while I waited. Those long nights followed by early morning errands can be brutal. Lol. I have taken my ipad multiple times the seevice is friendly and it has a friendly atmosphere i rorraly recommend this place
I have taken my daughters phone twice (broken screen and LCD) and my phone once (broken screen). I was orignally given a pick up time of 230p, told them I would be back after I get off work at 430p, when I arrived they were a little behind schedule so I had to wait another 30-45 min while they finished which was a little annoying but phones work great and havent had any problems so far. I still recommend Desert Wireless for repairs beats paying the $150 deductible thru my carriers insurance program.

This place is an absolute joke. Took my phone in to get the screen repaired and 3 hours later it was done. About a few hours later the top portion of the screen lifted and cracked and they said they couldn't help me. The employee then proceeded to tell me to be a man and own up to breaking my screen. That is not how you treat customers. If one of my employees talked to a customer like that I would slap their little disrespectful mouth and fire them. Don't go here. Spare yourself the agony.
Who doesn't appreciate customer service? This place is freaking amazeballs. Love how fast and efficient they all are. Thank you guys. I will definitely continue sending people your way.
Nacho was amazing! He fixed my shattered iPhone 6 and did it quickly because I had my little ones with me. I had to drive clear across town to go, but worth it.
Did a great job. Had my screen replaced on my G3. The first one didn't work when they tested it so they put another one on in about twenty minutes. Thanks guys!
