this rating is to high but you have to give at least one star this is the highest priced park in town and has no amenities at all and changes management every couple months so tenants never know if their rent will get credited or if the current manager is stealing their money DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS !!!!!!! a tent in the wash is preferable to this place
