Dr. Medina & her staff welcomed me. As a new patient, I was nervous but Dr. Medina was gentle and listened to my concerns. She made me feel comfortable. She did a great job explaining my next plan of action. I look forward to 'working' with Dr. Sam Medina.
Sarah Jones did an exceptional job of listening to my concerns and answering my questions. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything and made sure I understood things. Also- the hospital gowns/robes they have for you to put on were sooo much cuter than the standard ones most places have. I know that is a small thing, but it makes a difference. I also liked the front office waiting area - very clean and calming. Definitely recommend this provider and this location!
