The experience with Desert West Cooling and Heating has been extremely asinine. Our home was serviced due to our one year home walk through with our building company. Desert West serviced our blower motor and increased the speed to push more air into our home. (This service and labor was covered under warranty, since our field manager scheduled this appointment past our 1 year move in date.) 10 days later the blower motor died and the house was ranging from 80-90 degrees. I would give them a minus 5 stars if you offered that option. I have had nothing but negative experience with them. They were recommended by my contractor who now regrets ever recommending them to anyone. I had an expensive heat pump installed (ten year warranty) and my installation included a programmable thermostat.. In the first year the thermostat went out.
