I have known Luis and Eddy for several years and you will find few places with people who care and professionalism like they have at Desert West. Purchased a golf cart from them and it was easy and painless! Highly recommend to go buy a car there if you need one.
I purchased a car from here on day 16 after purchase my engine went bad. I also purchased the extended warranty they refused to covered. Neither the warranty company or the dealership would help. The dealership knew the car was bad and still sold it to me and refused to make it right. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.
The best car buying experience hands down! we had tried a few big dealerships and they ended up not being honest about their vehicles and no attempt to help. With desert west on the other hand, they were super upfront, transparent, and understanding. They were amazing, specifically Eddie and Luis! Amazing car dealership that my husband and I would recommend time and time again. Thank you Desert West Auto Sales for our new to us family vehicle!!
