Highly recommend desert village townhomes! maintenance requests are completed right away, questions are always answered, mindy and josie are VERY polite! it was super clean when I moved in. love my neighbors and love the community. I haven’t lived here super long but it is by far better than the last couple places i’ve lived! don’t listen to the bad reviews. :)
This place is absolutely horrible. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! not only is everything built so poorly that you have to hire your own pest service to not get tons of bugs and spiders but also the front office treats their residents horribly. All the good reviews you see are only there because it was part of a “leave us a good review and you will be entered to win…” so that’s that. Moving in our place was FILTHY. For the past year, we’ve been renting a beautiful townhouse in an ideal location, offering stunning views of the surrounding red rocks, the Black Desert Golf Course, and Pine Valley. I love living here at desert village. It is just so beautiful out here, it’s comforting and just amazing overall. They have so many amenities for not only just us residents that live here, but for our little fur babies that we have.
