What a great place to live! Beautiful views, warm community, friendly staff, and the most convenient location ever. We are loving it here. This is a view right outside the back patio. Very nice! Rabbits, quail, road runners. Lots of friendly neighbors. The office holds some fun community events too. They go the extra mile!
Highly recommend Desert Village Townhomes! I toured the community with Elle, and it was hands down the best tour I’ve ever had. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Even though I didn’t end up relocating, I was seriously impressed by how welcoming everyone was and how beautiful the property is. If you’re looking for a new place, definitely ask for Elle she’ll take great care of you!
Just moved out after 2 years. Loved it so much! The current team with Avenue5 is top notch and really cares about their residents. The things I see in negative reviews were resolved when they took over, as this team is very responsive to feedback and quick to resolve any problems. We lived at Desert Village Townhomes for 2 yrs and absolutely loved it!! The views are incredible and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. These are beautiful townhomes filled with lots of natural light. The manager, Mindy is the BEST! She truly cares about you as a person and not just a unit number. She gets things done quickly and is professional and fair. She is excellent in her communication. We will certainly miss her. The maintenance team is very efficient and kind. You won't go wrong by moving here!
Townhomes are well designed, modern, and affordable. Mindy and Elle (property management) are welcoming, professional, and highly responsive to tenants. Justin and Wes (maintenance) are friendly and competent; keeping the units in top shape and grounds well kept. Great place to call home!
