Excellent service. Very understanding and no pressure. I worked with Anthony and he was great to work with. The place was very clean and well decorated. The service turned out beautiful.
Nobody likes to talk about how they are going to be remember! But Elias Bonaducci help me and my family find a better package for my parents to lay to rest! Also Elias likes to say "We are here for you!" Which he was and we appreciate him and the staff who participated in laying to rest of our parents. Thank you Elias Bonaducc, Jorge Ponce, Anthony Montion in these difficult times of ours.
The staff were very sensitive to the horrible loss of my 23 year old son. They really did everything to accommodate me even when all I could do was cry they were patient and thoughtful. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't want and they were very upfront about prices they never surprised me with hidden fees they honestly made me feel like they were friends it was nice to feel like they cared about my son and me as well. I appreciate everything they did for us.
We would like to express, our thanks to the team of Estela and Scott, they explained properly all the information for the service we requested , they did an awesome job and we will recommend them, thank you Scott and Estela.
